1. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Ultimate Destination and any individual or legal entity making a booking for tourist accommodation or related services, whether by electronic means, telephone, or on-site. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.
2. LEGAL INFORMATION AND COMPLIANCE
Ultimate Destination undertakes to comply with all legal and regulatory obligations applicable to its activity, in accordance with the French Commercial Code, the French Consumer Code, and the French General Tax Code. All commercial documents (quotes, invoices, confirmations) are issued in accordance with Articles L441-9 and D441-9 of the French Commercial Code and are archived in compliance with the legal retention period.
3. BOOKING
- The booking becomes firm after written confirmation and receipt of full or partial payment.
- Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
- Any specific request (baby cot, early check-in, etc.) must be confirmed in writing by Ultimate Destination.
4. PAYMENT
- Payment is made according to the terms specified at the time of booking (credit card, bank transfer, secure platform).
- No discount is granted for early payment.
- Any late payment will result, without prior formal notice, in the application of late payment penalties calculated at the legal interest rate plus 10 points, as well as a fixed recovery fee of EUR 40.
5. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
- Cancellation by the client:
- More than 30 days before arrival: full refund
- Between 30 and 15 days before: 50% of the total amount retained
- Less than 15 days before: no refund
- Cancellation by Ultimate Destination: full refund of the amounts paid, without further compensation.
- Date changes are possible subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
6. LIABILITY
Ultimate Destination accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the client's personal belongings during the stay. The company's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the booked service.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for total or partial non-performance of its obligations if such non-performance results from an event of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, general strike, etc.).
8. COMPLAINTS & MEDIATION
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any client has the right to refer free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

9. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
The information collected is necessary for the management of bookings and is intended exclusively for Ultimate Destination. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the client has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their data, by writing to our contact e-mail address.
10. DISSUASIVE CLAUSE
Any fraud, false statement, or misuse of documents issued by Ultimate Destination is punishable by the penalties provided for in Articles 441-1 et seq. of the French Penal Code. The company reserves the right to report any suspicious behavior to the competent authorities.
